1)   Antistatic Fabrics :
The process in solvent base filtration and Dry Powder Filtration static charges gets generated.
If used fabrics or media is poor conductor, very high static charges may build up by friction. With this highly accumulated charge concentration, spark may occur, leading to functional disturbances in process or Explosion may happen. To avoid such type of incidence and to improve the process safety antistatic fabrics are using.
We manufacture antistatic fabric with carbon yarn, special grade S S yarns in lining and Grid pattern.
   

 

Mono filamet fabrics

We manufacture fabric which is suitable from 0.5 PH to 14 PH in Polypropylene and polyester grades. This fabric will not loose its strength in both application areas acidic as well as alkaline.

   
Water / Oil Repellant Fabrics  
4) Water / Oil Repellant Fabrics :
 
In the  process of powder filtration which contains more % of water or oil this type of fabric used. As the fabric surface repels  the water and Oil surface gets non sticky. It enhance Cleaning procedure and reduce cleaning time. Also increase the fabric life due to less washing cycle.

 

   

Anti-bacterial Fabrics

In the process of water base filtration process, there may chances of development and progression of bacteria and fungus, this fabric minimize the chances of development of fungus and other microbial growth. This fabric helps to avoid microbial contamination.

Especial for LIQUID FILTRATION application area we supply nonwoven filter fabrics with special coating like EVA coated which makes fabrics lint free. And also this type of regular fabrics are using in Dry Filtration application like powder filtration, Cement Industries etc.

We can supply nonwoven fabrics and it's made ups in Polypropylene, Polyester, Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS) - RYTON, Meta-aramide-NOMEX, Poly-amide etc.

We can supply this material with special feature like  Antistatic fabrics with S.S. Grids, Oil-water Repellant, Silicon / PTFE coating etc.


     

Filter Papers And Filter Pads		  

FILTER PAPERS AND FILTER PADS :

We offer complete range of filter papers and pads in varied GSM ranging from 20 GSM to 500 GSM depending upon customers  needs., The filter papers are depth filters consisting of Fibers stratified at random. These fibers may be pure cellulose, Synthetic polymers, glass or cellulose mixed with other materials such as polymer fibers or asbestos. The mechanism of filtration in this case is extremely complex. Separation is obtained mainly as a result of mechanical retention of the particles. Retention Sufficiency of the paper depends on the porosity, size of the fibers, surface conditions, thickness and compactness of paper. The cake settling on the filter paper forms a secondary filter bed whose characteristics and density considerable influence the further filtering process. Pure cellulostic pad is available in various sizes and configurations for desired applications. The Filters papers in varied is varied Gsm and constructions are available for the filtrations of cutting oil and Coolant.

               We also offer Activated Carbon Filter pad.
